A card is blank

Most likely deliberate. Check What each number needs from you first — it lists exactly what fills each card. The frequent ones:

Capacity says “Needs HRV”

The overnight HRV reading has not arrived. In order of likelihood:
1

Your wearable has not synced

Open its own app; that usually prompts it.
2

You did not wear it, or it was charging

Correct behaviour, not a fault.
3

Your Capacity source is a device you do not wear at night

Check Choosing your sources. The device you wear in bed should be your Capacity source.

Everything from one source went blank at once

Almost certainly an expired connection — Google Health needs renewing weekly during testing. The tell is that only that source is affected. Reconnect in Data Sources, and the missing days fill in retrospectively.

Numbers differ from my device’s own app

Usually expected. Common causes:
  • Different published methods. Two sleep scores can differ by ten points and neither is wrong. The app labels which it is showing.
  • Apple Health blends; we separate. Apple’s Health app merges every source. We deliberately keep them apart — see several wearables through one hub.
  • Fitbit restless time is dropped on the iPhone route.

Steps look wrong

You probably have two things counting — your phone and your watch. Which one is used depends on your Primary source. See Choosing your sources.

Last night is missing

1

Did the device sync?

Open its own app.
2

Was it worn and charged?

3

Is the connection still live?

Check Data Sources.
If all three are yes and the night is still missing, that is worth reporting.

The app will not open

If it says the build expired, install the latest from TestFlight. Builds expire after 90 days.

Still looks wrong

Report it — with a screenshot, and the build number from the bottom of the side menu.
