Most blank cards are not faults. They are the app declining to invent something. This page says what each one is waiting for.

The table

Three worth expanding

Vascular Age does not need expensive hardware

You do not need a Withings Body Scan or an Oura ring for this. A single blood pressure reading, typed in by hand, is enough.
This is the most commonly missed one. People see “Vascular Age”, assume it needs some arterial scanner, and never look again. It is estimated from blood pressure and age using a published method. Borrow a cuff, take one reading, log it, and the card fills in. It stays valid for 30 days, so one reading a month keeps it alive.

Metabolic Age needs body fat, not just weight

Weight alone will not do it. The calculation compares your metabolism against population norms, and that needs to know how much of you is lean mass. Two ways to provide it:
  • A BIA scale — a Withings or similar, connected, and it arrives automatically
  • By hand — if you have a figure from a gym measurement, a scan or another scale, type it in

Calories Goal gets dramatically better if you log food

This one is not blank without nutrition — it is worse, which is harder to notice. The first is a textbook formula that describes a statistical average. It is not wrong, but it is not about you. The third is genuinely personal, and it is the difference between a number worth acting on and a number worth ignoring. It takes a few weeks of logging to get there.
This is also something we want to see. How much people log, and how consistently, is one of the five questions — so logging nutrition helps you and us at the same time.

Things no amount of logging will fix

Vitality Score and Symptoms are waiting on the platform, not on you.
