Samsung Health is not available in this round. It is an Android integration,
and this TestFlight release is iPhone-only. Even on Android it is still work in
progress.
This page exists so you are not left wondering.
Why it is not here
Two separate reasons:
- It is Android-only. Samsung Health’s data interface exists on Android.
There is no iPhone equivalent to connect to.
- It is unfinished. The work is real but incomplete — enough that
documenting it now would describe something that will have changed by the
time you read it.
If you own a Galaxy Watch
You can still take part. Your Galaxy Watch will not feed the Workbench in this
round, but nothing stops you using the app for everything else — manual logging,
and any other source you have.
If a Galaxy Watch is your only device, be aware that most automatic figures
will stay empty. Still useful to us — a tester whose hardware we cannot yet read
is itself worth knowing, and it argues for finishing this integration.
What we will need from you later
When it lands, Galaxy Watch users become one of the more valuable groups here —
Samsung’s sleep and recovery data is substantial, and we have far less
experience of it than of Apple or Oura.
