Straight away — minutes
Whatever your phone and connected sources already hold:- Steps and active calories, if your phone or watch has been tracking them
- Heart rate, if your watch has been syncing
- Recent sleep, if your device has synced nights already
- Your weight and body details, from setup
After one night — tomorrow morning
- Last night’s sleep, with stages and a score
- Resting heart rate and HRV for the night
- A first Capacity figure, if your device provided enough
After a few nights — days 3 to 7
- Capacity settles as it learns your normal
- Trends become meaningful rather than a single point
- Personal baselines start to form
After two weeks
- SHI appears, once there are 14 usable nights in a 28-night window
- Respiratory rate and heart-rate dip baselines fill in
- Sleep regularity becomes meaningful
One thing to set up now — your activities
Everything above arrives on its own. This does not. Menu → Activities Management is where you tell the app which activities you do — running, resistance training, whatever it is. A new account starts empty, and while it is empty the app cannot log a session for you, because a detected session has nothing to be linked to. Two steps, and both are needed:- Add your activities to the catalogue.
- Log or sync a session. Detection works from your first recorded day, so until there is one there is nothing for it to work from.
