Today is the app’s home. It answers one question: how are things, right now.

The date, at the top

Today by default. You can move back to previous days — useful for checking what a night actually recorded, or filling in something you forgot. You cannot go forwards. There is no data from tomorrow.

The Vitality card

The large card at the top.
This will not show a score in this build. Vitality Score is computed on the Vitality Tracker platform and needs a full biomarker suite that does not yet sync. It is not something you can fix by connecting more devices.See What works, what does not.
The card still does something useful: it is the entry point to Symptoms when there is anything to show, which in this build there will not be.

The metric grid

Below it, a grid of small cards, each one number with context. Every card follows the same pattern:
  • A label — what it is
  • A big number — the value
  • A small line beneath — context: an average, a trend, a comparison
  • A vertical bar on the right — where you sit within a sensible range, with a coloured dot marking you
The bar is the part worth learning. It turns a number you may not have a feel for into a position you can read at a glance.
A dash instead of a number is usually deliberate. It means the app does not have what it needs and will not guess. What each number needs says what fills each one.
The cards are covered in detail over the next three pages.

Tapping a card

Most open something. Capacity, Sleep and Glucose have full screens behind them; others open a sheet explaining the figure and where it came from.

Swipe for page two

The top section is a carousel. Swipe sideways for page two, which most people never discover.
