Swipe sideways on the top section of Today. There is a second page.

What is on it

Body composition — weight and body fat, smoothed over the month rather than shown raw. Deliberate: BIA scales move with hydration, and a monthly trend is honest where a daily number is noise. Consumed energy — what you have eaten today against your Calories Goal, if you log nutrition. Without logging, this stays empty. The realtime row — the most current figures the app has: latest heart rate, latest glucose reading, and similar. Moved here deliberately so page one stays about the day as a whole rather than this minute. Because page one answers “how am I doing?” and page two answers “what is happening right now?”, and mixing them made both harder to read. If you never swipe, you lose nothing essential.

If it is empty

Most likely you do not log nutrition and do not have body composition connected. Both are covered in What each number needs.
